This policy explains what Manjari Food Hub collects when you order on this website, and why.
What we collect
- Your name and mobile number, so the counter can call your order and we can contact you about it.
- What you ordered and when, and which bus you were on.
- Payment confirmations from Razorpay (a payment reference and the amount). Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
How we use it
To prepare and hand over your order, to issue the GST bill, to handle refunds, and to keep the accounts the law requires. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone except Razorpay, which processes the payment.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Ask us to delete anything else at admin@greenwayrestro.in.
