These terms cover orders placed on this website for food served at Greenway Restaurant, operated by Manjari Food Hub (GSTIN 24AAWFT1590J1ZL).
Ordering
- Orders can be placed only while the bus's conductor has orders open, and close about 20 minutes before the bus is due, so the kitchen has time to cook.
- An order is accepted once it is paid in full. You receive a token number on screen.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A GST bill is available at the counter.
- Dishes are subject to availability. If something you paid for cannot be served, it is refunded as set out in the refund policy.
Collecting your food
- Show your token at the counter when the bus arrives. Dine-in orders are served at the restaurant; parcel orders are handed over packed.
- The kitchen times your food to the bus's arrival time as given by the conductor. If the bus is much later than planned, the food may have waited.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
